Pumpkin Soup

My Tribute to Tiranga - Pumpkin Soup Topped with Parsley & Fresh Cream.


Methodology:


In a pan, take butter, Add onion & garlic.Sprinkle some salt ,Cook till onion becomes soft , Add tomato & pumpkin, Crushed black pepper on top. Add 1/2 cup water & let it cook till pumpkin gets cooked and becomes soft, Let is cool down & then blend.If need, add some more water to bring it to your choice of consistency, Bring it to one boil. Serve this soup with parsley and fresh cream on top.

200 gm Pumpkin

1 Small Onion

1 clove of garlic

1 Tomato

1 tsp butter

Salt & Pepper

For garnis
