To make the cheese cake crust, take digestive biscuit crust.
Add melted butter into the biscuit.
Mix it well. Crust is ready.
Take Whipped cream and Cream cheese.
Mix the two.
I am not adding any flavour for Mango Cheese Cake.
Since I'm using Mango pulp, I am not adding extra sugar.
Take the jar to set the cheese cake.
Make the layers of Crust, Whipped cream (mixed with cream cheese) & mango pulp.
Repeat the layering process one more time.
The last layer should be Mango Pulp.
Place shredded Pistachio on the top.
3/4 Cup Mango Pulp
1/2 Cup Cream Cheese
2 spoon melted butter
1 Cup Whipped Cream
1 Small packet of Digestive biscuits
Some pistachio shredded for garnishing.
