In a small bowl, take yeast, add sugar & add lukewarm milk.
Keep it aside til yeast gets activated. It will take 10-15 minutes.
To prepare stuffing, in the pan add oil and saute onion and garlic.
Add canned tomatoes, salt, paprika, sugar.
Cook till water of the tomato gets evaporated.
Add Tofu or Paneer , chopped basil leaves.
Bring it to the room temperature.
In a big bowl, take maida, add some salt, add melted butter and activated yeast mixture.
Make soft dough.
Keep the dough aside for fermentation for 1 hour.
After 1 hour, puncture the dough and divide into equal pieces.
Put stuffing in the centre of each piece and make balls.
Place the balls in the brownie tin. Keep it aside for 1 hour for another fermentation.
Pre-heat the oven at 180 degree for 10 minutes.
Apply Garlic Parsley butter on top of the buns.
And top it up wish shredded Cheddar Cheese.
Place the buns into pre-heated oven and bake for 20 minutes till the bread is nice golden colour
To make the dough-
1 cup whole milk
2 tbs sugar
1 tsp yeast
2 cup Maida (Plain flour)
50 gm soft butter
To make stuffing-
1 onion chopped
1 canned tomatoes chopped
2 cloves garlic
Some basil leaves
200 gm Paneer or Tofu
Salt, Paprika as per taste
1 tsp sugar
Chopped Garlic & Parsley mixed with butter to spread on top of the bun.
Cheddar cheese on the top
