Recipe Steps :
Combined Sugar & Water in a small sauce pan.
Cook over medium heat, till Sugar gets dissolved & the colour of the mixture changes to Golden Brown
(It will take about 17 minutes to golden brown colour)
Caution : DO NOT Stir.
Remove the sauce pan from the heat.
Carefully add butter, by whisking continuously until butter gets dissolved.
Caution: Mixture will be hot and can bubble up while adding butter.
Stir Whiskey, Cooking Cream & a pinch of salt into the mixture.
Whisk it nicely
Add chopped Pecan Nuts.
This is a multi-purpose sauce.
You may use it on ice-cream, apple crumble, normal egg toast, pan cake, waffles, any plain cake and on salted pop-corn as well.
You could also make Whiskey Caramel sauce milkshake.
1.1/2 cup Sugar
2/3 cup Water
1/4 cup Salted butter (cut in cubes)
1/2 cup Cooking Cream
1/4 cup Signature Premier Whiskey
Some Pecan Nuts
A Pinch of Salt
