Nutritious One Pot Meal

One of the advantages of one pot meals  is that you can choose to not add or add more veggies of your choice.

Secondly, you neither need rice nor roti with this bowl of meal. It’s a complete meal in every sense.
In the pot add oil. Saute garlic ,  celery and onion till it becomes soft.
Add tomatoes and let it cook till everything gets nicely cooked
 Add salt , chili flakes.
Add 3 cups of water. Wait till water gets boiled.
Then add small size pasta or Brown Rice. 
Cook rice or past till almost done
 Add a canned baked beans and all the vegetables ( zukini, sweet corn , broccoli, bell pepper )
Just cook them for 5 minutes only.
Lastly, add dry oregano, basil leaves and 2 tsp brown sugar  ( if u like).
Garnish with micro hurbs and little chesee. Serve hot.

Recipe Ingredients

one canned bake beans  ( with tomato sauce )
3 tbs small size of pasta ( weat pasta) or Brown rice
3 garlic cloves  ( chopped )
1 small onion  ( chopped )
a small stick of celery  (chopped )
3 crushed  tomatoes
some broccoli flowerest 
1 small zukini  ( cut in to cubes )
1 sweet corn boiled 
3 colors bell peppers ( cut in to cubes )
dry oregano 
chili flakes
few basil leaves 
2 tsp oil
cheese to garnish
