Take 200 gm Maida in a bowl
Yeast made by combining 5 gm dry instant yeast + 20 gm sugar + 4 tbs lukewarm water
& kept aside till you see yeast getting activated. Bubbles on top.
Add Yeast mixture into Maida.
Make nice soft dough.
Add little water step by step to get a dough.
Dough should be softer than Roti dough consistency.
Once mixed properly, add a pinch of salt.

Add 20 gm Butter
Take the dough on a work surface
Flatten the dough
And roll it.
Use a round cookie cutter or a katori to cut rounds.
Take a smaller cutter and remove the centre round.
Donut shape is ready.
Cover the donuts with a kitchen napkin & let it rest for 30-60 minutes.
So that donuts are proved before going into final cooking.
Donuts have fluff-up nicely, almost double in size.
Heat up the oil on medium flame.
Put Donuts for frying.
Fry till you get amber color on both sides.
Take out the donuts and let them cool down to room temperature.
Take melted dark chocolate.
Hold the donuts firmly and deep one side of donut into dark chocolate.
Garnish with melted white chocolate.

20 gm butter
Oil for deep frying
100 gm Melted Dark Chocolate
Garnish with melted white chocolate OR Choco Chips Or Sprinklers Or Roasted Chopped Almonds Or Chocolate shave.
