Stuff chicken breasts with tomato basil sauce

Take chicken breast and make nice big pocket in centre. 

- Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper.
 
- Mix all the vegetables -green onion, garlic, coriander, bell pepper and chili - in to ricotta cheese.
- Add salt to taste.  
- Make nice stuffing.

- Fill the stuffing in to the chicken breasts pocket. 

- Deep the stuff chicken breast in to the egg mixture and then cover with bread crumbs.
 
- Heat the pan and add 2 tbs oil.
 
- Cook the chicken breasts both the side till gets golden colour.  

- Transfer the chicken breasts in to the baking tray and bake for 20 minutes at 220 degrees 

For sauce :-

- Heat the pan and add 1 tbs oil.

- Add garlic and onion. 
- Cook for just 5 minutes. 

- Add tomatoes , basil , salt sugar and chili flakes. 
 
- Cook for just 5 minutes.  
Till everything gets nicely mixed.
 - Serve chicken breasts with this sauce and some rice.

 

Recipe Ingredients

 2 chicken breasts 

- 150 gm ricotta chesee or any other cream cheese

- 2 tbs green onion ( chopped )
- 
2 cloves garlic ( chopped)

- 1/2 bell pepper  ( chopped )
- 
1 green chili 
chopped 
- coriander 

- salt to taste 

- black pepper 

- 2 tbs oil

- 1 bitten egg

- 1/2 cup bread crumbs 


For sauce :

-
150 g tomatoes  ( blanched , deseeded and cut in to cubes )

- 1 small onion

- 2 cloves garlic 

- basil leaves 
- 
salt
- 
chili flakes 
- 
pinch of sugar 

1 tbs oil
