- In a big bowk, add yogurt, tikka masala , chili power, kasuri methi and salt (if required ).
- Mix them all well
. - Add chicken in to above marination and leave it for half an hour. ( two hours will b great).
- Take wooden skewered (soaked in the water ) and arrange already marinated chicken, onion and capsicum one by one.
- Grill the Kabab over grill pan OR in the oven at 250 degrees for 15 minutes OR over the barbecue.
- You may eat these with Chutney. My recommendation is to serve these as part of the Lebanese platter including green chutney, humus and pita bread. You will find the recipes on my channel - Meghna's Food Magic.
700 g skinless ,boneless chicken breasts. ( cut in to cubes )

2 tbs tikka masala
1 tbs red chilli powder
1 tbs kasuri methi ( crushed )
