Bread Pakora

Take boiled and mashed potatoes in a mixing bowl. Add salt to taste. Add chopped onion. Keep oil on medium heat to fry bread pakoda. Add chopped green chilli. Add Aam-Chur Powder (Dry Mango Powder Add chopped coriander leaves. Mix it well. In a separate bowl, take Besan. Add Chilli powder to taste Add Ajwain (Carom seeds) Add Salt Add Soda to get crispy texture (Optional) Add water to make smooth batter Mix it well Take Bread slices. Apply Green Chutney Add potato stuffing Cover the bread slice with another slice to make a sandwich Cut into 4 triangles. Dip it into Besan batter And dip fry till Golden Brown Colour Take it out of the frying pan. Sprinkle Chaat Masala on top Serve it with Tomato Ketchup & Green Chutney

Recipe Ingredients

For stuffing: 
2 Boiled & Mashed potatoes
Salt to taste
1 small chopped onion
Oil for deep fry
2 Green chilli
2 tbs Chopped Coriander Leaves
1 tsp Aam-chur Powder (Dry Mango Powder)

For coating the layer:

1 cup Besan (Gram Flour)
Chilli powder to taste
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp Ajwain (Carom seeds)
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp Soda (optional)
1/3rd cup of cold water

Bread slices

Chaat Masala
