STUFFED TOMATOES

Cut the tomatoes into halves and deseed them. Season it with little salt and pepper in a large bowl. Mix cheese, paneer, little garlic, 2 tbsp. oil , 1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar , salt, pepper and some basil leaves. Stuff the mixture into the tomatoes. Drizzle some oil on the top and bake it in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 200 degrees. Garnish with some coriander on top.

  • ½ cup shredded paneer
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 6 basil leaves
  • salt
  • black paper
