White Choco Bars with Alpenliebe Juzt Jelly

Method-
Melt white cooking chocolate over the double boiler
Once chocolate gets melted, add cooking cream
Ganache is ready
Take crushed digestive biscuits in the bowl
And add 2 tbs room temperature butter & mix
Take a baking tray & place the biscuits crumbles & make equal layer in the tray
Place Alpenliebe Juzt Jelly -chopped - randomly on the layer of biscuit crumbles & pour the chocolate ganache on top of the biscuits and juzt jelly
Refrigerate for few hours
Once it’s set, cut the choco-bar into square shape
And garnish with Alpenliebe Juzt Jelly Bears & Bottles


 

Recipe Ingredients

400 gm White Cooking Chocolate
200 gm Cooking Cream
1 packet of digestive biscuits  (crushed)
2 tbs Room Temperature Butter
1 packet of Alpenliebe Juzt Jelly Strawberry
AlpenliebeJuzt Jelly Bears & Bottles (for garnishing)
