Normally when we buy Pav from outside for Pav Bhaji or Dabeli or Missal or VadaPav, we are at times left with few Extra Pav unused. These we generally use the next day. Unfortunately they tend to dry up or become hard. So here’s the magic tip. Put them over boiling water on a colander & cover it. Let it steam for 5-7 minutes & they will again become fresh & soft as if you have freshly baked them.
