While not much has been written about Late PM Smt. Indira Gandhi ‘s food choices. Did you know that #IndiraGandhi loved to have salad leaves; a habit she developed right from her school days in Panchgani in 1932. She wrote that salads were the best part in her regular meal fish & rice as the leaves very fresh; everyone used to have them. 

It’s never too late to introduce salad 🥗 leaves into your regular diet... Had it not been the unfortunate assassination of Mrs. Gandhi; she was as such living a very healthy life; and looked pretty much in shape even when she was not in power. Perhaps this explains why she was one of the sharpest & smartest leaders that India ever witnessed.
